This event brings together 2 iconic ensembles, SONIDO & SABOR BOLIVIANO.
SONIDO remains at the forefront of Andean music in Australia. Entering its 50th year of life, Sonido will present a musical tribute to the legends and pioneers of Bolivian and Andean music. Featuring historic songs from ensembles such as Los Kjarkas, Savia Andina and Proyeccion.
SABOR BOLIVIANO continue to captivate Australian audiences with their amazing choreographies and costumes. They will feature emblematic dances from Bolivia, including the world renown 'Caporales', the vibrant force of the 'Tinku', and the elegant 'Chacarera Boliviana'.
These 2 celebrated groups come together to present an intimate exposé of Bolivian and Andean culture, delivered at the majestic RED RATTLER THEATRE.
