Aus Dancehall Dance Competition (ADDC), Battles & Afterparty

The hottest Dancehall dance event of the year is back on Gadigal Country. The Aus Dancehall Dance Competition 2026 will see dancers from all over compete for the winning title in four categories: Dancehall Queen, Dancehall Solo, Dancehall Group with the introduction of an open-style 7-To-Smoke Battle (to dancehall music). 

With judges direct from Jamaica, showcases from past DHQs and an afterparty featuring DJs Nick Toth and K-Note (original Aus Dancehall Queen event promoters), DJ JC Crooks and DJ BadGalNuri, the 2026 Aus Dancehall Dance Competition promises to be a night filled with the best, hard hitting talent in the Aus Dancehall scene! 

Tha Aus Dancehall Dance Competition is proudly presented by The Sydney Dancehall Community and Aus Dancehall Dance Community. We are excited to bring our local, interstate and international dancehall communities together for a weekend of dance, culture and vibes on Gadigal Country.
