Nic is an Executive Manager with 15 years of large scale business transformation experience and is currently emoyed at the Commonwealth Bank. They were recognised as one of the top 50 Out Leaders in Australia in 2018 by Deloitte and Google for leading the Commonwealth Bank’s LGBTIQ+ network, Unity through a respectful campaign to support marriage equality during the Postal Survey Plebiscite in 2017. They have contributed to LGBTIQ+ inclusion in the workplace for over 5 years in a variety of roles including launching a Women in Unity initiative to understand gender impact to LBT women and leading the Unity network as Chair.
