Renata Field is a community advocate who has been employed for the past five years in the area of violence against women. Renata holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Sydney and has more than 15 years’ experience working in the not-for-profit community sector. Renata brings a range of skills and experiences to the Red Rattler Board, including community organising experience, facilitation skills, governance skills and a strong understanding of the Sydney queer community. Renata is passionate about continuing to maintain and improve the venue so that it is an accessible venue for all people within the wider Sydney LGBTIQA+ community.
