Ollie has over 15 years experience managing arts venues in both London and Sydney. They have implemented strategies and processes to ensure the smooth operation of Front of House and ticketing to improve customer experience. They were Head of Operations for The Coronet Theatre London, Head of Customer Experience at Belvoir St. Theatre, and now Ticketing and CRM Manager at Carriageworks. They specialise in ticketing, audience development and data analysis. Ollie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from Kingston Upon Thames University.
